I had a tubal ligation(rubber bands) almost 3 yrs ago after my second child, I had my period 2 weeks ago and today I spotted a little, im a little crampy…what could be going on???

People never seem to include their age when asking menstrual questions!
If you’re over the age of 35, it could just be normal hormonal shift. As you get older, hormone production decreases and your cycles are directly effected by this.
If it continues to happen, see your doctor.
